Instructions
- 1. Coat the steaks evenly with the oil.
- 2. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 3. Place the steaks in the basket and cook them for 5 minutes at 200 °C.
- 4. Lower the temperature to 100 °C and cook the steaks for another 4 minutes.
- 5. Remove the steaks and season them generously with salt and pepper.
- 6. Let the meat rest briefly so it stays juicy and medium rare.
