  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  2. 2. Peel the carrots and cut them in half or quarters lengthwise.
  3. 3. Finely chop the garlic clove and mix it with the oil.
  4. 4. Line the air fryer basket with baking paper.
  5. 5. Place the carrots on the paper and brush them with the garlic-oil mixture.
  6. 6. Cook the carrots in the air fryer at 180 °C for 10 minutes until tender.
  7. 7. Generously sprinkle the parmesan over the vegetables.
  8. 8. Return the carrots to the air fryer for another 4 to 5 minutes at 180 °C.
  9. 9. Remove the carrots and season with salt and chopped parsley.
