🍽️ Crispy Parmesan Carrots with Garlic

Ingredients
- 500 g carrots
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- salt
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 2. Peel the carrots and cut them in half or quarters lengthwise.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic clove and mix it with the oil.
- 4. Line the air fryer basket with baking paper.
- 5. Place the carrots on the paper and brush them with the garlic-oil mixture.
- 6. Cook the carrots in the air fryer at 180 °C for 10 minutes until tender.
- 7. Generously sprinkle the parmesan over the vegetables.
- 8. Return the carrots to the air fryer for another 4 to 5 minutes at 180 °C.
- 9. Remove the carrots and season with salt and chopped parsley.
