🍽️ Crispy Mini Flammkuchen with Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 125 ml water
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp, level salt
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g bacon (or raw ham)
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 container crème fraîche (or crème légère)
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, oil, salt, and water into a bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 3. Dice the onions finely.
- 4. Sauté the onions in the pan until translucent.
- 5. Mix sour cream and crème légère in a separate bowl.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 7. Take about 60 grams of dough from the batch.
- 8. Roll the dough out thinly.
- 9. Place the dough on a small piece of baking paper.
- 10. Spread the sour cream mixture over the dough.
- 11. Top the flammkuchen with raw ham and the onions.
- 12. Place the flammkuchen with the baking paper into the air fryer.
- 13. Bake the flammkuchen at 200 °C for 8 minutes.
- 14. Remove the baking paper from under the flammkuchen after 2 to 3 minutes.
- 15. Continue baking without the paper until the base is crispy.
- 16. Check for doneness after 7 minutes, as the fryer is already hot.
- 17. Take about 60 grams of dough for the second variation.
- 18. Roll the dough thinly and place it on baking paper.
- 19. Spread the sour cream mixture over the dough.
- 20. Top the flammkuchen with raw ham and cocktail tomatoes.
- 21. Bake the flammkuchen as described above at 200 °C.
- 22. Garnish the finished flammkuchen with fresh arugula.
