  2. 2. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Dice the onions finely.
  4. 4. Sauté the onions in the pan until translucent.
  5. 5. Mix sour cream and crème légère in a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  7. 7. Take about 60 grams of dough from the batch.
  8. 8. Roll the dough out thinly.
  9. 9. Place the dough on a small piece of baking paper.
  10. 10. Spread the sour cream mixture over the dough.
  11. 11. Top the flammkuchen with raw ham and the onions.
  12. 12. Place the flammkuchen with the baking paper into the air fryer.
  13. 13. Bake the flammkuchen at 200 °C for 8 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the baking paper from under the flammkuchen after 2 to 3 minutes.
  15. 15. Continue baking without the paper until the base is crispy.
  16. 16. Check for doneness after 7 minutes, as the fryer is already hot.
  17. 17. Take about 60 grams of dough for the second variation.
  18. 18. Roll the dough thinly and place it on baking paper.
  19. 19. Spread the sour cream mixture over the dough.
  20. 20. Top the flammkuchen with raw ham and cocktail tomatoes.
  21. 21. Bake the flammkuchen as described above at 200 °C.
  22. 22. Garnish the finished flammkuchen with fresh arugula.
