  3. 3. Break the meat up into small pieces with a fork.
  4. 4. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Fry the meat until it is crispy.
  6. 6. Dice the onion.
  7. 7. Finely chop the garlic.
  8. 8. Add the remaining olive oil to the pot.
  9. 9. Sauté the diced onions for about two minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. 10. Wait until the onions are soft and translucent.
  11. 11. Add the chopped garlic.
  12. 12. Sauté the garlic for another 30 seconds.
  13. 13. Break the lasagna sheets into bite-sized pieces.
  14. 14. Add beef broth to the pot.
  15. 15. Add chopped tomatoes to the pot.
  16. 16. Add tomato paste to the pot.
  17. 17. Add the lasagna pieces to the pot.
  18. 18. Add oregano to the pot.
  19. 19. Add thyme to the pot.
  20. 20. Add rosemary to the pot.
  21. 21. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
  22. 22. Let the soup simmer on low heat.
  23. 23. Wait until the pasta pieces are soft and cooked through.
  24. 24. Taste the soup again and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  25. 25. Serve the soup with a dollop of crème fraîche.
  26. 26. Add some grated Parmesan cheese on top.
