  7. 7. Press a hole into the center of each piece with a cooking spoon.
  8. 8. Then, let the buns rise again, covered, in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat.
  10. 10. Bake the buns for about 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Take them out of the oven.
  12. 12. Let them cool down.
  13. 13. Cut the chorizo for the patties into small pieces.
  14. 14. Mix them with the ground beef as well as salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Knead the minced meat mixture well.
  16. 16. Divide the mixture into 4 equal pieces.
  17. 17. Form the pieces into patties.
  18. 18. Let these rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  19. 19. Peel the onion for the sauce.
  20. 20. Halve it and cut it into thin strips.
  21. 21. Sweat them in a pot with 1 tbsp of oil.
