🍽️ Crispy Kohlrabi Cordon Bleu Snacks in the Actifry

Ingredients
- 2 Kohlrabi
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 slices boiled ham
- some flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- some breadcrumbs
- some salt and pepper
- sunflower oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kohlrabi thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the kohlrabi into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
- 3. Par-cook the kohlrabi slices for about 5 minutes (either blanch in boiling water or steam in a pot with a little water).
- 4. Let the kohlrabi slices cool down completely.
- 5. Cut the cheese and ham to fit the size of the kohlrabi slices exactly.
- 6. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese between two kohlrabi slices.
- 7. Season the sandwiches lightly with salt and pepper (adjust the salt amount according to the saltiness of the ham).
- 8. Roll the kohlrabi sandwiches in flour first.
- 9. Then dip them in beaten egg.
- 10. Finally coat them in breadcrumbs.
- 11. Drizzle the breaded snacks with a little oil.
- 12. Place the snacks in the snack basket of the Actifry.
- 13. Cook the snacks at 180 °C for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Serve the snacks hot with a sour cream and herb dip.
