🍽️ Classic Herb Quark

Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp agave nectar (or sugar)
- 2 tbsp chives (fresh)
- 2 tbsp parsley (fresh)
- 2 tbsp cress
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix the quark in a bowl with the crème fraîche, the agave syrup, the salt, the pepper, the garlic clove, the onion, and the spring onion. Chop the herbs very finely. You can simply cut the cress directly into the bowl using kitchen scissors.
- 2. Now add all the herbs to the quark mixture and fold them in gently. Your quark is now ready and can be served immediately.
