Ingredients
- 2 Grapefruit(s)
- 200 g raspberries
- 4 lemon(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- 200 g sugar
- 1.5 Liter water (cold, with or without carbonation)
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Place the raspberries, sugar, and some water in a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 3. Let the mixture simmer gently for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 4. Stir continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved and the berries are soft.
- 5. Press the cooked mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and fibers.
- 6. Set the strained juice aside to cool down.
- 7. Squeeze the citrus fruits and pour the juice into a large pitcher.
- 8. Add the cooled raspberry juice to the pitcher.
- 9. Pour the remaining cold water into the pitcher.
- 10. Stir the lemonade well with a spoon.
- 11. Fill a drinking glass with plenty of ice cubes.
- 12. Pour the finished lemonade over the ice.
