  5. 5. Knead the dough into a ball with your hands.

  7. 7. Let the dough rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Cut the marzipan base into small pieces.
  9. 9. Mix the marzipan pieces with the eggs and cinnamon.
  10. 10. Stir the mixture until it is smooth.
  11. 11. Knead the dough briefly on a lightly floured surface after rising.
  12. 12. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet.
  13. 13. Spread the marzipan mixture evenly over the dough base.
  14. 14. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
  15. 15. Place the plums on the dough with the cut side facing up in a shingled pattern.
