Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 120 g butter
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp, level baking powder
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 ml milk
- 2 egg(s)
- 500 g double cream cream cheese
- 180 g sugar
- 2 egg(s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the chocolate.
- 2. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a pot over low heat.
- 3. Whisk the eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar for about 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
- 4. Stir the milk into the egg mixture.
- 5. Stir in the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
- 6. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, and salt.
- 7. Gently fold the dry mixture into the chocolate liquid.
- 8. Take 5 tablespoons of the batter and place them in a small bowl.
- 9. Pour the remaining batter into a greased and flour-dusted baking pan (27 x 25 cm).
