🍽️ Moist Banana Bread with Nuts

Ingredients
- 100 g butter (soft)
- 4 banana(s) (very ripe)
- 200 g sugar, brown
- 1 egg
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
- 220 g flour
- 1 handful walnuts
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas.
- 2. Mash the bananas into a fine puree using a fork.
- 3. Add the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and the egg to the bowl with the banana puree.
- 4. Mix the wet mixture with a mixer until well combined.
- 5. Take a second bowl.
- 6. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in this second bowl.
- 7. Sift the dry flour mixture gradually into the banana mixture.
- 8. Combine the ingredients carefully until a uniform batter forms.
- 9. Stir the walnuts into the batter with a spoon at the end.
- 10. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan (25 or 30 cm long).
- 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 12. Bake the bread in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- 13. Let the bread cool down completely.
- 14. Remove the cooled bread from the pan.
