  3. 3. Add the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and the egg to the bowl with the banana puree.
  4. 4. Mix the wet mixture with a mixer until well combined.
  5. 5. Take a second bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in this second bowl.
  7. 7. Sift the dry flour mixture gradually into the banana mixture.
  8. 8. Combine the ingredients carefully until a uniform batter forms.
  9. 9. Stir the walnuts into the batter with a spoon at the end.
  10. 10. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan (25 or 30 cm long).
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  12. 12. Bake the bread in the oven for about 60 minutes.
  13. 13. Let the bread cool down completely.
  14. 14. Remove the cooled bread from the pan.
