Ingredients
- 50 g broccoli (in small florets)
- 50 g zucchini (in small cubes)
- 50 g tomato(es) (in small cubes)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg (grated)
- 40 g Edamer cheese (grated)
- oil (for the pan)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and remove any hard parts or stems.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Place the vegetable pieces into a small bowl.
- 4. Season the vegetables with the specified spices and mix everything well.
- 5. Lightly grease the baking dish of your air fryer with oil.
- 6. Transfer the seasoned vegetable pieces into the prepared dish.
- 7. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the vegetables.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 175 °C.
- 9. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 11 minutes at 175 °C.
- 10. Check if the cheese is fully melted and remove the casserole.
