Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers (various colors)
- 2 onions
- 500 g pork (from deboned chop or chicken breast, I take half/half)
- oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
- BBQ rub (Magic Rub BBQ dry marinade by Achterhof)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bell peppers, onions, and meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Place the meat pieces into a bowl.
- 3. Coat the meat with oil.
- 4. Season the meat with the Magic Rub spice blend.
- 5. Ideally, let the meat marinate in the refrigerator to enhance the flavor.
- 6. Thread the marinated meat pieces onto skewers, alternating with the pepper and onion chunks.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 8. Place the skewers into the air fryer basket.
- 9. Cook the skewers for 25 minutes at 200 °C until they are cooked through and crispy.
