Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast fillet(s) (unseasoned)
- 5 cup(s) cornflakes (unsweetened)
- 2 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 2 cup(s) flour
- oil
Instructions
- 1. First, prepare the breading. Put the unsweetened cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin. The cornflakes will provide the super crispy crust later. Whisk the eggs with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and roll them in the flour. Shake off any excess flour. Dip the meat pieces in the egg mixture and then in the cornflake breading.
- 3. Fry the breaded chicken nuggets in enough vegetable oil in the pan until golden brown on all sides. They need about 2 - 3 minutes from each side and then they are ready.
- 4. They taste best with a fresh salad. They can be eaten warm or cold.
