  1. 1. First, prepare the breading. Put the unsweetened cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin. The cornflakes will provide the super crispy crust later. Whisk the eggs with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and roll them in the flour. Shake off any excess flour. Dip the meat pieces in the egg mixture and then in the cornflake breading.
  3. 3. Fry the breaded chicken nuggets in enough vegetable oil in the pan until golden brown on all sides. They need about 2 - 3 minutes from each side and then they are ready.
  4. 4. They taste best with a fresh salad. They can be eaten warm or cold.
