Ingredients
- 500 g flour (also half whole grain, half white)
- 350 ml water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- fats (for the pan)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
- 2. Cover the dough.
- 3. Let the dough rest until it has doubled in size.
- 4. Knead the dough thoroughly afterwards.
- 5. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
- 6. Optionally sprinkle the pan with breadcrumbs.
- 7. Place the dough into the prepared pan.
- 8. Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes.
- 9. Brush the top of the bread with some water.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 11. Set the function to top and bottom heat.
- 12. Bake the bread for about 40 to 50 minutes.
