  4. 4. Knead the dough thoroughly afterwards.
  5. 5. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  6. 6. Optionally sprinkle the pan with breadcrumbs.
  7. 7. Place the dough into the prepared pan.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Brush the top of the bread with some water.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  11. 11. Set the function to top and bottom heat.
  12. 12. Bake the bread for about 40 to 50 minutes.
