Ingredients
- 1 kg potato(es)
- 1 bunch soup vegetables
- 1 liter broth
- salt and pepper
- 2 cooking sausages
- 2 sausages
- 100 g sweet cream
- nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Clean the soup vegetables (e.g., carrots, celery, leek) and cut them into small pieces as well.
- 2. Put everything into a pot with the broth and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the sausages cut into small pieces and the cream during the last 5 minutes. Finally, season the soup to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
