  1. 1. Cut the white cabbage in half.
  2. 2. Remove the hard core from the center.
  3. 3. Cut the cabbage into cubes about 2 centimeters in size.
  4. 4. Peel the potatoes.
  5. 5. Slice the potatoes into rounds about 1 centimeter thick.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a large pot.
  7. 7. Brown the mixed minced meat together with the cumin over high heat until it forms coarse crumbs.
  8. 8. Season the meat with sweet paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9. Layer the potatoes and white cabbage on top of the meat.
  10. 10. Pour in the hot meat broth.
  11. 11. Add the bay leaf to the pot.
  12. 12. Let the stew simmer covered for about 30 minutes over low heat.
  13. 13. Remove the bay leaf from the pot.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the stew with about half a bunch of chopped parsley.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the stew with a little sweet paprika powder.
  16. 16. Serve the stew.
