Ingredients
- 3 banana(s) (very ripe)
- 1 small apple
- 2 egg(s)
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 150 g flour (e.g. spelt wholemeal flour)
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1 packet baking powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
- 3. Peel the bananas.
- 4. Core the apple.
- 5. Puree the fruit together with the eggs until smooth.
- 6. Add the nuts to the fruit and egg mixture.
- 7. Blend the nuts into the mixture until coarsely chopped.
- 8. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 9. Stir the banana and nut mixture into the dry ingredients.
- 10. Bake the batter for 45 minutes.
