Ingredients
- 1 kg ground meat
- 1 onion(s) (diced)
- 750 ml water
- 3 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 250 ml chili sauce
- 0.5 jar ajvar (mild (340 ml jar))
- 0.5 jar ajvar (spicy (340 ml jar))
- 200 g processed cheese (with herbs)
- 1 container sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Fry the minced meat together with the onion in a pot. Deglaze with water and season with the bouillon cube, chili sauce, ajvar, and herb cream cheese. Let the soup simmer well for about thirty minutes over medium heat.
- 2. Stir the sour cream into the finished soup at the end.
