Ingredients
- 15 g Butter
- 2 Slice/s Bread
- 4 Slice/s Raw Ham
- 3 Pickle(s)
- 4 Cocktail Tomatoes
- 2 Egg(s)
- Salt and Pepper
- Cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan and add the butter.
- 2. Fry the butter lightly until it turns golden brown.
- 3. Place the bread slices into the hot pan.
- 4. Fry the bread on both sides briefly until it is crispy.
- 5. Remove the bread from the pan and place it on a plate.
- 6. Place the ham slices into the same pan.
- 7. Fry the ham without additional fat until crispy.
- 8. Cut the tomatoes into slices or halves.
- 9. Cut the gherkins into slices or halves.
- 10. Fry the eggs in the pan until the white is set.
- 11. Make sure the yolk remains runny.
- 12. Season the sunny-side-up eggs with salt and pepper.
- 13. Place a slice of ham on each bread slice.
- 14. Distribute the tomato pieces on the ham.
- 15. Place the gherkin pieces on the vegetables.
- 16. Place a sunny-side-up egg on each slice.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
