🥗 Crispy Chicken Salad with Oven Potatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g potato(es)
- 250 g chicken breast
- 1 tsp oil
- gyro seasoning
- pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g iceberg lettuce
- 70 g bell pepper(s)
- 50 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cucumber water
- salt
- 1 clove garlic
- tabasco
- 5 g parmesan, grated (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 3. Cook the potato cubes for 16 minutes in the air fryer.
- 4. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
- 5. Fry the chicken pieces in a pan with a little oil.
- 6. Season the meat with gyro spice and black pepper.
- 7. Chop all salad ingredients finely and place them in a large bowl.
- 8. Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 9. Add the cooked potatoes and chicken to the salad.
- 10. Pour the dressing over everything and mix well.
- 11. Sprinkle the finished salad with grated Parmesan cheese.
