🍽️ Crispy Chicken Schnitzels from the Actifry

Ingredients
- 5 chicken thighs (boneless (Pollo fino))
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch(es) salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken schnitzels (Pollo Fino) under cold running water and place them in a large bowl.
- 2. Add all other ingredients from the ingredient list to the chicken schnitzels.
- 3. Mix the chicken schnitzels thoroughly with the ingredients so that everything is seasoned evenly.
- 4. Place the marinated chicken schnitzels into the cooking pan of the Actifry.
- 5. Preheat the Actifry and start the cooking process with the paddle arm at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
- 6. Alternatively: Preheat the Actifry and cook the chicken schnitzels without the paddle arm at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
- 7. If you cooked without the paddle arm, remove the schnitzels every 10 minutes and place them in a different position in the cooking pan to ensure even cooking.
- 8. Do not use any additional oil for this recipe, as the Actifry requires little to no fat.
