🍝 Chinese-style fried noodles with chicken, egg, and vegetables

Ingredients
- 125 g wok noodles
- 80 g chicken meat
- some oil for frying
- 1 egg
- 1 handful carrot (strips)
- 1 tbsp onion (chopped)
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 handful leek
- 0.25 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (dark)
- some salt and pepper, white
- 0.5 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Pour warm water over the noodles.
- 2. Let the noodles soak for about 15 minutes.
- 3. Alternatively, cook the noodles according to package instructions until they are firm to the bite.
- 4. Then drain the noodles.
- 5. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
- 6. Boil the meat cubes in salted water.
- 7. Let the cooked meat drain well.
- 8. Heat some oil in a hot wok or frying pan.
- 9. Fry the beaten egg briefly.
- 10. Break the egg into pieces with a spoon while stirring.
- 11. Add the chopped onions.
- 12. Fry the onions briefly.
- 13. Add the carrot strips and the finely chopped leek.
- 14. Fry the vegetables briefly.
- 15. Add the noodles to the pan.
- 16. Season the noodles with salt.
- 17. Add some sugar.
- 18. Add dark soy sauce.
- 19. Mix all ingredients well.
- 20. Continue frying the noodles.
- 21. Add the cooked meat.
- 22. Add the bean sprouts.
- 23. Mix everything briefly in the heat.
- 24. Stir white pepper into the noodles.
- 25. Add about 0.5 to 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
- 26. Then serve the dish.
