  6. 6. Press the ball into a thick roll.
  7. 7. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Dust your work surface with flour.
  9. 9. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces.
  10. 10. Roll each piece very thin and round.
  11. 11. Heat a pan on the stovetop.
  12. 12. Place one tortilla into the hot pan.
  13. 13. Fry the first side for about 30 seconds.
  14. 14. Flip the tortilla.
  15. 15. Fry the second side for another 30 seconds.
  16. 16. Remove the finished tortilla from the pan.
  17. 17. Repeat the process with the remaining dough circles.
