Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 2 banana(s)
- 2 kiwi(s)
- 200 ml orange juice
- 1 handful spinach
Instructions
- 1. Prepare your blender.
- 2. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
- 3. Add the pineapple pieces to the blender.
- 4. Pour in the orange juice.
- 5. Puree the pineapple and juice until smooth.
- 6. Peel the bananas.
- 7. Peel the kiwis.
- 8. Add the bananas and kiwis to the blender.
- 9. Blend all ingredients into a smooth mixture.
- 10. Wash the young spinach thoroughly.
- 11. Remove tough stems from large spinach leaves.
- 12. Add the washed spinach to the blender.
- 13. Blend the smoothie briefly.
- 14. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
