Ingredients
- some flour
- 2 sheets puff pastry (frozen)
- some fruit puree (e.g. apple puree or regular apple sauce)
- some milk (for brushing)
- some cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- 1. Dust your work surface with a little flour.
- 2. Roll out the puff pastry flat.
- 3. Spread the apple puree evenly on one dough sheet.
- 4. Place the second dough sheet on top.
- 5. Brush the top with a little milk.
- 6. Sprinkle the surface generously with cinnamon sugar.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius fan mode.
- 8. Cut the dough first into long strips.
- 9. Cut the strips into small rectangles.
- 10. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 11. Bake the sticks for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
