🍽️ Joghurt Grain Bread

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 60 g sesame seeds
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp millet
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 350 g plain yogurt
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Mix the seed blend of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and millet and set it aside as well.
- 3. Peel the carrots and grate them finely. Add the grated carrots and yogurt to a mixing bowl. Mix everything with the egg until smooth. Now stir in half of the seed mixture.
- 4. Sift the flour mixture into the mixing bowl and knead everything into a moist but smooth dough.
- 5. Shape the dough on a lightly floured surface into a nice loaf. Place the loaf on a baking sheet, brush it with water, and sprinkle it with the remaining seed mixture.
- 6. Bake the yogurt grain bread at 180 degrees fan-forced for about 40 minutes.
