  1. 1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. 2. Mix the seed blend of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and millet and set it aside as well.
  3. 3. Peel the carrots and grate them finely. Add the grated carrots and yogurt to a mixing bowl. Mix everything with the egg until smooth. Now stir in half of the seed mixture.
  4. 4. Sift the flour mixture into the mixing bowl and knead everything into a moist but smooth dough.
  5. 5. Shape the dough on a lightly floured surface into a nice loaf. Place the loaf on a baking sheet, brush it with water, and sprinkle it with the remaining seed mixture.
  6. 6. Bake the yogurt grain bread at 180 degrees fan-forced for about 40 minutes.
