🥗 Quick Watermelon Feta Salad

Ingredients
- 250 g watermelon(s)
- 2 small tomato(es)
- 1 small cucumber(s) (mini cucumber)
- 1 small onion(s), red (or half)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the watermelon, tomatoes, and feta into bite-sized cubes. Slice the onion and cucumber thinly.
- 2. Combine everything in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, stir in the oil and vinegar, and taste to adjust. Roasted white bread pairs wonderfully with this!
