  2. 2. Mix quark, eggs, and 120 grams of cheese in a bowl and season the mixture. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake it for 15 minutes in the hot oven.
  3. 3. Remove the tray and top the base with your choice of ingredients such as tomato sauce, salami, ham, zucchini, mushrooms, or corn. Sprinkle with 60 grams of cheese and bake again until the cheese is golden brown.
  4. 4. Let the roll cool down, sprinkle it with arugula, and carefully roll it up.
  5. 5. Wrap the finished roll in aluminum foil and store it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for several days.
