🍽️ Herb Butter – quick & easy homemade

Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 2 Clove Garlic
- 1 Packet Herbs, mixed (8-herb)
- Salt
- maybe Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Take the butter out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for a short while until it becomes soft.
- 2. Put the soft butter into a bowl.
- 3. Stir the butter vigorously with a spoon or fork until it becomes creamy and smooth.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
- 5. Place the finely chopped garlic pieces on a pinch of salt.
- 6. Press the garlic firmly with the flat side of a knife and mash it into a soft paste.
- 7. Add the garlic paste to the creamy butter.
- 8. Wash the fresh herbs, dry them, and chop them finely.
- 9. Add the chopped herbs to the butter-garlic mixture.
- 10. Mix everything well together until the herbs and garlic are evenly distributed in the butter.
- 11. Taste the butter and add a little more salt if needed.
- 12. Optionally add a pinch of pepper if you like.
- 13. Shape the herb butter into a roll or place it into a small container.
- 14. Put the finished butter in the fridge for a few minutes to let it firm up.
