Ingredients
- 1 pineapple (fresh, 500 g fruit flesh net)
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 packet citric acid
- 6 tbsp rum (Baccardi)
- 4 tbsp Batida de Coco
- 1 packet jam sugar 3:1
Instructions
- 1. Puree the fruit flesh from 500 grams of fruit using a blender or hand blender until smooth. Add all the other ingredients and stir constantly while bringing the mixture to a boil on the stove. Let it bubble vigorously for at least 3 minutes until it has thickened.
