🥤 Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 250 g butter
- 5 egg(s)
- 120 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- fat for the pan
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions
- 1. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler.
- 2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture and fold it in gently.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat. Bake the cake in a greased 26-centimeter springform pan for 30 minutes.
- 4. Heat the cream. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate pieces and stir until everything has melted. Spread the glaze over the cooled cake.
