🍽️ Puff pastry pizza with goat cheese, honey and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pack puff pastry (from the refrigerated section, approx. 270 g)
- 60 g crème fraîche
- 6 sprigs thyme
- salt and pepper
- 300 g cherry tomato(es)
- 1 roll goat cream cheese
- 3 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 220 degrees Celsius. Select the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and flatten it out.
- 3. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the pastry.
- 4. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and scatter them over the crème fraîche.
- 5. Season the pizza with a pinch of salt and some pepper.
- 6. Place the cherry tomatoes on the pizza.
- 7. Crumble the goat cheese over the entire pizza.
- 8. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 9. Drizzle honey over the finished pizza.
- 10. Put the pizza back in the oven for another 8 to 10 minutes.
