  5. 5. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  6. 6. Gently fold the stiff snow into the rest of the cream.
  7. 7. Dip the ladyfinger biscuits briefly into the cold coffee.
  8. 8. Let the biscuits drip dry slightly on kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Spread a layer of the cream in your dish.
  10. 10. Place a layer of the biscuits on the cream.
  11. 11. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
  12. 12. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for about 2 to 4 hours.
  13. 13. It is best to put it in the refrigerator overnight.
