  3. 3. Knead the mixture with a mixer until you have a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into a ball.
  5. 5. Wrap the ball in plastic wrap.
  6. 6. Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  8. 8. Let the melted butter cool down.
  9. 9. Grease the bottom of a 26-centimeter springform pan.
  10. 10. Roll out half of the dough with a rolling pin.
  11. 11. Line the pan with the dough.
  12. 12. Make sure to create a border about 2 centimeters high.
  13. 13. Whisk the quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a whisk.
  14. 14. Add the seeds from one vanilla pod.
  15. 15. Stir the eggs into the quark mixture.
  16. 16. Add the pudding powder.
  17. 17. Stir in the cooled butter.
  18. 18. Whisk everything until you have a creamy mixture.
