Ingredients
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 500 g tomato(es)
- 2 onion(s)
- 200 g feta cheese
- oregano
- 1 jar olive(s), black (approx. 100 g)
- 125 ml olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), juice from it
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cucumber thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the unpeeled cucumber into thin rounds or small cubes.
- 3. Remove the inside of the bell pepper.
- 4. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes into eighths.
- 7. Peel the onions.
- 8. Slice the onions into thin rings.
- 9. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
- 10. Sprinkle the feta cheese with oregano.
- 11. Take the olives out of the package.
- 12. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 13. Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
- 14. Pour the sauce over the salad.
- 15. Toss everything together thoroughly.
