🍽️ Crunchy Pesto Bread

Ingredients
- 600 g flour
- 300 ml water
- 1 packet dry yeast (or 1/2 cube fresh yeast)
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 50 ml oil
- 1 jar pesto, green (or red)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients except the pesto to form a yeast dough.
- 2. Cover the bowl.
- 3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- 4. Wait until the dough has expanded.
- 5. Divide the dough into three equal parts.
- 6. Roll each piece individually into a circle.
- 7. Use the flat bottom of a round springform pan as a guide.
- 8. Ensure that all dough circles are the same size.
- 9. Place the first dough circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 10. Spread a generous amount of pesto on the first dough circle.
- 11. Use plenty of pesto, as the bread absorbs a lot of moisture during baking.
- 12. Place the second dough circle on top of the first.
- 13. Spread pesto on the second dough circle as well.
- 14. Place the third dough circle on top of the second.
- 15. Spread pesto on the third dough circle.
- 16. Gently press the edges of the dough circles together.
