  1. 1. Mix all ingredients except the pesto to form a yeast dough.
  2. 2. Cover the bowl.
  3. 3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Wait until the dough has expanded.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into three equal parts.
  6. 6. Roll each piece individually into a circle.
  7. 7. Use the flat bottom of a round springform pan as a guide.
  8. 8. Ensure that all dough circles are the same size.
  9. 9. Place the first dough circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. 10. Spread a generous amount of pesto on the first dough circle.
  11. 11. Use plenty of pesto, as the bread absorbs a lot of moisture during baking.
  12. 12. Place the second dough circle on top of the first.
  13. 13. Spread pesto on the second dough circle as well.
  14. 14. Place the third dough circle on top of the second.
  15. 15. Spread pesto on the third dough circle.
  16. 16. Gently press the edges of the dough circles together.
