🍽️ Turkey Strips with Knöpfle and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. HENGLEIN Fresh Knöpfle (400 g)
- 500 g turkey cutlets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 g broccoli
- 2 carrot(s)
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- 2 spring onion(s)
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey meat under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips.
- 4. Heat oil in a large pan.
- 5. Fry the turkey strips and the knöpfle (small, round pasta specialty) together in the hot oil.
- 6. Cook the meat and pasta until they are golden brown.
- 7. Remove the meat and pasta from the pan.
- 8. Set the meat and pasta aside.
- 9. Remove the tough stems from the broccoli.
- 10. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 11. Wash the broccoli and the carrots.
- 12. Peel the carrots.
- 13. Slice the carrots into thin rounds.
- 14. Add the broccoli and carrots to the remaining frying fat in the pan.
- 15. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
- 16. Pour the broth over the vegetables.
- 17. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 18. Let the vegetables cook covered for about 10 minutes.
- 19. Clean the spring onions.
- 20. Wash the spring onions.
- 21. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 22. Add the turkey meat and knöpfle back to the vegetables in the pan.
- 23. Heat everything briefly in the pan.
- 24. Stir in the crème fraîche to make the sauce creamy.
- 25. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
- 26. Divide the dish onto plates.
- 27. Sprinkle the spring onions over the food.
- 28. Serve the dish.
