Ingredients
- 500 g Thuringian raw minced pork
- 1 Brötchen (or Toastbrot)
- a little milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- Marjoram
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- breadcrumbs to taste
- Fat (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and puree it into a fine mash using a hand blender.
- 2. Soak the bread roll in the milk. Then mix it thoroughly with the minced meat, the onion, the egg, and the mustard. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Shape small patties with slightly damp hands and then roll them in breadcrumbs.
- 3. Fry the patties in a pan with the cooking fat until they are crispy and brown.
