  7. 7. Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the vegetables.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the vegetables for 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Mix the freeze-dried herbs with 1 tablespoon of water.
  10. 10. Let the herbs soak for a short time.
  11. 11. Stir the herb mixture into the sour cream.
  12. 12. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
