Ingredients
- 1 large bell pepper(s) (red)
- 1 medium zucchini
- 250 g mushrooms (fresh)
- 1 medium onion(s)
- 100 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 handful herbs (for herb quark, freeze-dried)
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Halve the zucchini and slice it.
- 3. Roughly dice the onion.
- 4. Quarter the mushrooms if they are large.
- 5. Place all the vegetables into the air fryer.
- 6. Mix the oil with pepper, salt, and paprika powder.
- 7. Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the vegetables.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the vegetables for 30 minutes.
- 9. Mix the freeze-dried herbs with 1 tablespoon of water.
- 10. Let the herbs soak for a short time.
- 11. Stir the herb mixture into the sour cream.
- 12. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 13. Serve the dish as a main course or as a side dish.
