  6. 6. Add the cinnamon stick, tomato cubes, broth, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  7. 7. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat to a low setting.

  10. 10. Let the dish simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the lid during the last few minutes of cooking.
  12. 12. Cook the dried plums with honey, ginger, raisins, turmeric, and saffron in water.
