Ingredients
- 40 g oats, fine
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds (ground)
- 40 g plain yogurt
- 100 ml soy milk (soy drink) ((variety to taste) or milk)
- 1 tsp honey
- to taste nuts (or basic muesli, amaranth pops, fruit, crunch)
Instructions
- 1. Put oats, flaxseeds, honey, yogurt, and soy milk into a lidded container. Place it in the fridge overnight. Do not stir the mixture.
- 2. Add your favorite ingredients like bananas or nuts right before eating. Stir everything well before you eat it.
