  1. 1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  3. 3. Place the chicken cubes in the marinade and let them marinate in the fridge for approx. 12 hours.
  4. 4. Remove the meat from the marinade and let it drain well.
  5. 5. Toss the chicken cubes in flour until they are lightly coated all over.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer (ActiFry) and cook the meat with oil for approx. 28 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the honey and sesame seeds and cook the dish for another 2 minutes until crispy.
  8. 8. In the meantime, mix all ingredients for the Peking sauce together.
  9. 9. Serve the chicken cubes with the sauce in separate bowls so everyone can add sauce to their liking.
  10. 10. Serve the dish with rice as a side.
