Ingredients
- 280 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 15 g cream of tartar baking powder
- 0.5 apple (mashed (approx. 2 tbsp))
- 100 ml oil
- 150 ml mineral water
- optional fruits (or chocolate or nuts)
- optional spice(s) (cinnamon powder, vanilla)
- paper liners
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection setting).
- 2. Put all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- 3. Stir the applesauce into the dry mixture.
- 4. Mix the oil with the water in a separate container.
- 5. Pour the liquid quickly into the batter and keep stirring.
- 6. Fold in 150 to 200 grams of your chosen ingredients.
- 7. Choose fruits, chocolate, nuts, or spices for the batter.
- 8. Fill the batter into muffin cups.
- 9. Bake the muffins for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 10. Let the muffins cool before eating them.
