Ingredients
- 120 g flour
- 3 egg(s)
- 30 g butter (melted)
- 0.25 Liter milk
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 50 g butter
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 3 apples
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt into a smooth batter. Cook the thin crêpes in a non-stick pan with a little fat and keep them warm.
- 2. Heat butter in the pan, add powdered sugar, and let it melt into caramel. Slice the apples and simmer them in the caramel for about 3 minutes until soft. Place the caramelized apples on each crêpe and fold them into a triangle.
