  1. 1. Take all the dough ingredients and knead them by hand until a smooth mass forms.
  2. 2. Shape the dough into long, cylindrical logs.
  3. 3. Wrap the dough logs tightly in plastic wrap.
  4. 4. Place the wrapped rolls in the refrigerator for two hours.
  5. 5. Cut the cold dough logs into pieces two to three centimeters long.
  6. 6. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet with some space between them.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  8. 8. Bake the pieces in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes until they are lightly browned.
  9. 9. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the baked pieces on a kitchen rack.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the hot pieces immediately with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
