🍽️ Creamy Gnocchi Bake with Ham and Arugula

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. HENGLEIN potato gnocchi (500 g)
- 100 g cooked ham
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 40 g arugula
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 80 g parmesan (freshly grated)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the ham into thin strips.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 4. Wash the arugula and dry it.
- 5. Remove tough stems from the arugula.
- 6. Chop the arugula finely.
- 7. Mix the arugula with the cream cheese.
- 8. Peel the garlic.
- 9. Crush the garlic finely.
- 10. Press the garlic into the cheese-arugula mixture.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt.
- 12. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 13. Mix the potato gnocchi, the ham, the tomatoes, and the sauce in a large bowl.
- 14. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
- 15. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
- 16. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection: 180 degrees Celsius, gas mark 4).
- 17. Bake the bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 18. Remove the bake when it is golden brown.
- 19. Serve the bake garnished with fresh basil leaves if desired.
