🍽️ Vegetable and Minced Meat Pan with Melted Cheese

Ingredients
- 3 Spring onion(s)
- 3 Clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 500 g Beef mince
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 small Tomato(es)
- 1 Eggplant(s)
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 1 Mozzarella
- 150 g Cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Basil (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the spring onions under cold water.
- 2. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove.
- 4. Grate the garlic finely or press it.
- 5. Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
- 6. Add the spring onions and garlic to the hot pan.
- 7. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
- 8. Add the minced meat to the pan.
- 9. Cook the minced meat through.
- 10. Dice the remaining vegetables into small cubes.
- 11. Slice the mozzarella into thin pieces.
- 12. Add the vegetable cubes to the minced meat in the pan.
- 13. Sauté the vegetables briefly with the meat.
- 14. Add the pizza tomatoes to the pan.
- 15. Warm the tomatoes briefly.
- 16. Stir the cream cheese into the mixture.
- 17. Continue stirring until the cream cheese has melted.
- 18. Season the dish to taste with spices and herbs.
- 19. Place the mozzarella slices on top of the vegetables.
- 20. Cover the pan with a lid.
- 21. Let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes.
