  6. 6. Add the spring onions and garlic to the hot pan.
  7. 7. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
  8. 8. Add the minced meat to the pan.
  9. 9. Cook the minced meat through.
  10. 10. Dice the remaining vegetables into small cubes.
  11. 11. Slice the mozzarella into thin pieces.
  12. 12. Add the vegetable cubes to the minced meat in the pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the vegetables briefly with the meat.
  14. 14. Add the pizza tomatoes to the pan.
  15. 15. Warm the tomatoes briefly.
  16. 16. Stir the cream cheese into the mixture.
  17. 17. Continue stirring until the cream cheese has melted.
  18. 18. Season the dish to taste with spices and herbs.
  19. 19. Place the mozzarella slices on top of the vegetables.
