🍽️ Bacon-wrapped salmon with spicy vegetable pan and feta

Ingredients
- 125 g salmon fillet(s)
- 50 g bacon
- 100 g broccoli
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 70 g zucchini
- 5 ml peanut oil (or olive oil)
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 1 pinch(es) pepper
- 1 pinch(es) chili flakes
- 1 pinch(es) paprika powder
- 70 g feta cheese (or goat cheese or to your liking)
- 10 g parmesan, grated
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wrap each salmon piece entirely with the bacon slices.
- 4. Thoroughly clean the broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and zucchini.
- 5. Cut all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 7. Add some oil to the hot pan.
- 8. Put the bacon-wrapped salmon and the prepared vegetables into the pan.
- 9. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and paprika powder.
- 10. Place the lid on the pan.
- 11. Let everything cook under the lid.
- 12. Add the feta cheese to the vegetables about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- 13. Plate the dish.
- 14. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
