  1. 1. Unroll the puff pastry and cut out round shapes using a glass. Place half of these circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. 2. Place a Toffifee on each dough circle. Cover it with a second circle and press the edges firmly together with a fork.
  3. 3. Brush the top of the pockets with egg yolk.
  4. 4. Bake the pockets in the preheated oven according to the package instructions until they are golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
