Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry (from the refrigerated section)
- 1 package assorted chocolates (Toffifee)
- 1 egg yolk
- optional powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Unroll the puff pastry and cut out round shapes using a glass. Place half of these circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 2. Place a Toffifee on each dough circle. Cover it with a second circle and press the edges firmly together with a fork.
- 3. Brush the top of the pockets with egg yolk.
- 4. Bake the pockets in the preheated oven according to the package instructions until they are golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
